Each Mikro'BALLOON Capsule contains Chia Seeds (50 mg) and Prickly Peer Root (50 mg) as herbal ingredients. These herbal ingredients contain mucilages in their structures. Mucilages are hydrogel-like structures, have the ability to absorb water. There is a swelling similar to how sponges absorb water in micronized scales. So, If a capsule is poured in a glass of water, bubble-shaped swelling doesn't occur and no visible swelling occurs in given ingredients amounts (50 mg - 50 mg).
